We ask all guests to show a proof of ID when checking in at SoHostel. This includes UK residents and British nationals. We will only accept a full UK driving license, not a provisional license.

How do I get to SoHostel from the airport?
SoHostel is approximately 5 minutes’ walk from Tottenham Court Road Station and 8 minutes’ walk from Oxford Circus Station

Stansted Airport – Take the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street Station, from Liverpool Street Underground Station take the Central Line (Central Line towards West Ruislip) to Tottenham Court Road Station.
Gatwick Airport – Take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station, from Victoria Underground Station take the Victoria Line (Victoria Line towards Walthamstow Central) to Oxford Circus Station.
Heathrow Airport – Take the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station, from Paddington Underground Station take the Bakerloo Line (Bakerloo Line towards Elephant & Castle) to Oxford Circus Station.
Luton Airport – Trains run from Luton Airport Parkway to King’s Cross Station throughout the day. From King’s Cross Station, take the Victoria Line to Oxford Circus Station.

Can I order packages to be delivered at SoHostel?
Unfortunately, we do not allow packages to be delivered to guests at SoHostel. If you order an item to be delivered to you in London, you can use Collect+.

Can I check in late?
You can check-in at any time from 2.00pm. The reception desk is open 24/7.
Do you have lockers for guests to use?
Yes. There are two storage options for guests to use. The luggage room is ideal for large luggage/suitcases and is accessible to guests 24/7, secured with staff only access and CCTV. The other option is a personal metal cage under each bunk bed, which can be locked with a padlock. If you don’t have a padlock, you can purchase one at SoHostel for just £4.
Do you have a smoking area?
Yes. You are ONLY permitted to smoke to the left of the external entrance to the building, please locate the signs to ensure you are in the correct area.
Can I bring food from outside into the SoHostel?
Yes. You can only bring food into the hostel between 10.30am – 16.00pm; alcohol can only be brought into the hostel after 1.00am and MUST be consumed in the rooms.
Is the reception desk open 24 hours?
Yes. The reception desk is open 24/7 and monitored by CCTV, reception services include check-in, guest information and access to the luggage room.
When can I check out?
Check out is at 10.00am. After check out, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room while you’re still in the hostel premises.
Do you have free wifi?
Yes. You can access our wifi network for free in the rooms and social areas. You also have free access to the internet and computer room.
Can I wash and dry my clothes at SoHostel?
Our laundry rooms are located on each floor and the washing machines and dryers are operated by tokens ONLY. Tokens for the washing machines, dryers and detergent can be purchased for just £4.25 from the lounge-bar.
What are the breakfast options at SoHostel?
We offer two breakfast options. Our continental breakfast includes a range of cereals, fresh fruit, biscuits, flavoured yogurts, toast and condiments. Our English breakfast includes sausage, bacon, beans, mushrooms, egg and tomato. Both options include tea, coffee and juice.
Please note: if breakfast is not included in your booking, you can buy a continental breakfast for £6 and the full English cooked breakfast for £7 when checking in. If you have a continental breakfast included in your booking, you can upgrade your breakfast to full English for £1.
